Aberrus Unique Drops Guide (10.1)

Multiple Aberrus raid bosses possess one or more items that intentionally drop at a higher item level (usually +6 or +7 from that boss's normal loot). These items are what we call Unique Drops.

Unique Drops will always be the same items and will be slightly rarer to compensate. Examples are unique appearances, items with special bonus effects, or powerful, sought-after trinkets.

In Embers of Neltharion, some Aberrus bosses will have a low chance to drop new Profession Recipes and Blizzard categorized them as Unique Drops. In the same vein, the recipes will always be the same items.

Rashok	Djaruun, Pillar of the Elder Flame	411/424/437/450	Weapon (Two-Hand Polearm)	Use: Ignite the Elder Flame to siphon the heat from nearby enemies, dealing Fire damage to them and causing your melee abilities to unleash waves of ancient lava, dealing Fire damage split between all enemies struck for 10 seconds. (2 minutes 30 seconds cooldown)
Echo of Neltharion	Neltharion's Call to Chaos	418/431/444/457	Trinket (Warrior, Paladin, Mage, Demon Hunter, Evoker)	Equip: Your area effect spells and abilities have a chance to grant you X Primary stat and increase damage you receive by 5% for 18 seconds.
Echo of Neltharion	Neltharion's Call to Dominance	418/431/444/457	Trinket (Hunter, Shaman, Warlock, Monk)	Equip: Casting spells and abilities can grant you a stack of Domineering Arrogance up to 10. Using your major cooldown grants you X Primary Stat per stack and reduces your movement speed by 10% for 10 seconds.
Echo of Neltharion	Neltharion's Call to Suffering	418/431/444/457	Trinket (Rogue, Priest, Death Knight, Druid)	Equip: Your harmful debuffs and periodic spells and abilities have a chance to grant you X Primary Stat and suffer Shadow damage over 12 seconds.
Scalecommander Sarkareth	Voice of the Silent Star	418/431/444/457	Cloak	Equip: Whenever nearby allies take damage, the Voice has a chance to beckon you. Upon hearing its call 10 times, you fully submit to its influence, stealing X of the 4 nearest allies' lowest secondary stat and giving you the stolen amount plus X to your highest secondary stat for 8 seconds.
