Unlocking Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legacy: Step-by-Step Guide

If you already own Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legacy, you want to upgrade it to the Season 4 Base Item Level (502) by purchasing Scale of Awakening from the Dinaar vendors for 2 Antique Bronze Bullions. Bullions come from Awakened Raids bosses, and the new Weekly Quest.

Then, you can further upgrade your Legendary using Flightstones and crests, up to Item Level 522.

Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legacy is an Evoker Legendary Item Level 457 Fist Weapon. Players must embark on a lengthy questline to acquire it and the following guide aims to explain all the necessary steps to get it.

Here is the Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legacy in its full glory.

Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legacy comes with the Insight of Nasz'uro effect: Your Empower spells activate the Order magic within, releasing a sphere of Order that seeks a powerful ally, increasing their primary stat by 55 and Speed by 84 for 10 seconds.

To start the questline, you must loot Cracked Titan Gem, a legendary-quality Evoker-only quest item from Scalecommander Sarkareth residing in the Aberrus raid. The item has a higher chance to drop in higher difficulties.

The first quest granted by the item is Neltharion's Legacy. Simply, take the weapon to Nozdormu in Valdrakken, who is located at the Seat of the Aspects.

The follow-up quest Memories of an Artifact takes you back to Zaralek Cavern, where you must speak to Nozdormu located at 63, 76, and recover four memories. If the door is shut, you need to dismount and use the action button to open it. Alternatively, you can kill yourself and resurrect behind the door.

The next quest is It Takes a Village to Make an Artifact. You must use Work Orders to craft the following components for the Legendary:

• Reclaimed Gauntlet Chassis;
• Immaculate Coalescing Dracothyst;
• Inspired Order Recalibrator.

You will also receive the Ancient Memories quest item that temporarily teaches a friendly Blacksmith, Jewelcrafter, or Engineer how to craft a piece of the Oathbinder.

Visit an Auction House and prepare to dish out around 200-300K Gold for the following items of any quality:

• 50 Arclight Capacitor;
• 50 Awakened Order or 500 Rousing Order;
• 50 Obsidian Seared Alloy;
• 20 Dracothyst;
• 20 Elemental Harmony;
• 20 Illimited Diamond;
• 20 Shadowed Alloy;
• 12 Empty Soul Cage;
• 1 Zapthrottle Soul Inhaler.

You can use the provided Ancient Memories quest on yourself to complete the Temporal Gossamer quest or use it on a friend who needs to complete it with you. Simply, head to a Fyrakk's Assault zone and farm Elites for Weak Resonating Vestigials, Major Resonating Vestigials, and Strong Resonating Vestigials.

Once the quest is completed, the person will receive Empowered Temporal Gossamer, a consumable that increases the rate at which you earn Temporal Vestigials by 50%. Have a friend who completed the quest cast it on you, or you can target yourself if you completed the quest alone.

You must clear Aberrus to obtain 20 Ancient Elementium Fragments that drop from bosses. A run on Heroic Difficulty will do.

You must farm 400 Temporal Vestigials from any group content, but the fastest way to get them is by completing Fyrakk Assaults because you also need 30 Everburning Shadowflames that drop here. Make sure to turn in 5 Ward of Igira to spawn mobs to get 5 Ward of Fyrakk and then spawn forgemasters who drop these items.

Now, you will need 50 Fleeting Glowspores from Zaralek Cavern digs. Go to Myrrit in Zaralek Cavern to complete Sniffenseeking digs. If you do not have enough maps, you can buy additional Bartered Dig Maps from Ponzo for 1 Barter Boulder. You will have a small chance to loot them from Smelly Disturbed Dirt Treasures and Smelly Trash Piles with Sturdy Expedition Shovel in your inventory.

For the next step, you must use Zapthrottle Soul Inhaler and the 12 Empty Soul Cages you previously bought to extract the following elemental souls:

• 3 Airy Souls — Head to Ohn'ahran Plains at 24, 36. Channel Zapthrottle Soul Inhaler on an Air Elementals and kill them. This transforms your Empty Soul Cage into an Encaged Airy Soul, which transforms into Docile Airy Soul after 15 minutes, which can be then looted to get 1 Airy Soul.
• 3 Earthen Souls — Go to the Waking Shores at 46, 36 and use the quest item before killing Earth Elementals to obtain Encaged Earthen Soul, which becomes Docile Earthen Soul after 15 minutes that contains 1 Earthen Soul.;
• 3 Fiery Souls — Go to Azure Span at 79, 39, and channel the item on a Fire Elemental before it dies to transform Empty Soul Cage into Encaged Fiery Soul. After 15 minutes, the item will transform into Docile Fiery Soul, which can be looted for 1 Fiery Soul.
• 3 Frosty Souls — Finally, go to Azure Span at 57, 65, and use Zapthrottle Soul Inhaler on Frost Elementals to loot Encaged Frosty Soul. This becomes Docile Frosty Soul after 15 minutes which you can loot for 1 Frosty Soul.

You must rotate the order in which you obtain the souls because you will receive a buff that prevents you from looting another soul of the same element for 15 minutes.

Using Ancient Memories, teach someone with Blacksmithing, Jewelcrafting, or Engineering how to to temporarily craft a piece for the Legendary Weapon:

• Reclaimed Gauntlet Chassis (Requires Blacksmithing and the following items: 240 Temporal Vestigials, 20 Ancient Elementium Fragments, 25 Awakened Orders, 50 Obsidian Seared Alloy, and 20 Shadowed Alloy);
• Immaculate Coalescing Dracothyst (Requires Jewelcrafting and the following items: 80 Temporal Vestigials, 30 Everburning Shadowflame, 20 Dracothyst, 25 Awakened Orders, 20 Illimited Diamonds, 20 Elemental Harmony);
• Inspired Order Recalibrator (Requires Engineering and the following items: 80 Temporal Vestigials, 50 Fleeting Glowspores, 3 Fiery Souls, 3 Frosty Souls, 3 Airy Souls, 3 Earthen Souls, and 50 Arclight Capacitors).

You can use the item on yourself if you have any of the required Professions. Once completed, place a Work Order for the part and send it to the person who you temporarily taught the recipe.

Once you have all 3 items, head back to Nozdormu in Valdrakken and complete the Deathwing scenario to receive your Nasz'uro, the Unbound Legacy weapon.

In Patch 10.1.5, Blizzard increased the chance for Evokers to receive the Cracked Titan Gem each time you defeat Scalecommander Sarkareth on Heroic or Mythic Difficulty.
