1. Gems

You should use Quick Lightsphene Icon Quick Lightsphene in all sockets. If you cannot afford to use the epic gems, you should instead use a Saber's Eye of Intellect Icon Saber's Eye of Intellect in one socket and Quick Dawnlight Icon Quick Dawnlight in all other sockets.

2. Enchants

Slot Enchantment
Neck
Back
Rings

3. Consumables

Potion of Prolonged Power Icon Potion of Prolonged Power is the best choice in all situations.

Flask of the Whispered Pact Icon Flask of the Whispered Pact should be used as your flask of choice.

You should eat Lavish Suramar Feast Icon Lavish Suramar Feast for the +500 Intellect buff (or the cheaper Hearty Feast Icon Hearty Feast if you cannot afford the +500 food). Exceptionally well geared players will experience very marginally better results using Azshari Salad Icon Azshari Salad for the +375 Haste buff due to the nature of secondary stat scaling.

Since Patch 7.3, Healthstones now heal for 25% of the user's maximum health. This means that any player with more than 1.92 million health should always use Healthstones over Ancient Healing Potion Icon Ancient Healing Potions whenever available.

If you can afford it, you should also use augment runes (which work in both raids and Mythic+ dungeons). Defiled Augment Rune Icon Defiled Augment Rune is the cheap rune with a one-time use. Lightforged Augment Rune Icon Lightforged Augment Rune costs 50,000 Gold and requires exalted reputation with the Army of the Light faction.
