Team composition in 2v2 or 3v3 Arena is very important, because not all classes work well together. Here, we give you the best compositions you can have for your Mistweaver Monk (i.e., the best classes to pair with it).

This page is part of our Mistweaver Monk PvP Guide.

1.

2v2 Arena

In 2v2 Arena, you will primarily be playing very close to the enemy team in order to deal damage to them with Rushing Wind Kick Icon Rushing Wind Kick. Ideally, when your DPS teammate stuns the kill target, you will get a Paralysis Icon Paralysis and Leg Sweep Icon Leg Sweep on the enemy healer. You can do this combination every minute and it is effective at getting trinkets out of the enemy team. In addition to crowd control, your primary goal is to keep your team aggressive with your damage.

If you plan on Fistweaving, you will be playing aggressive, utilizing your damage to pressure the enemy team. Ideally, you will Fistweave into most teams. Arms Warrior and Havoc Demon Hunter are the two specializations that is recommended to play the crackle build.

3v3 Arena

Your role in 3v3 is similar to 2v2 Arena. If you are playing the crackle build, you want to stay close to the pillar at max range to avoid incoming crowd control. At the same time, save your mobility (Chi Torpedo Icon Chi Torpedo) to crowd control the enemy healer during your team's damage window with Paralysis Icon Paralysis and Leg Sweep Icon Leg Sweep.
