About Our Reviewer

This guide has been reviewed and approved by Justwait, a top tank who raids in Method. You can also watch his stream on Twitch and follow him on Twitter.

1. Gems

You should use Saber's Eye of Agility Icon Saber's Eye of Agility in one socket, and Versatile Labradorite Icon Versatile Labradorite (or the cheaper Versatile Maelstrom Sapphire Icon Versatile Maelstrom Sapphire) in all other sockets.

2. Enchants

Slot Enchantment
Neck
Back
Rings

3. Consumables

Flask of Ten Thousand Scars Icon Flask of Ten Thousand Scars (survivability) or Flask of the Seventh Demon Icon Flask of the Seventh Demon (DPS) should be used for raids along with Unbending Potion Icon Unbending Potion (survivability) or Potion of the Old War Icon Potion of the Old War (DPS), or Potion of Prolonged Power Icon Potion of Prolonged Power (for a mixture of survivability and DPS). You should eat Lavish Suramar Feast Icon Lavish Suramar Feast for the buff to your Agility (or the cheaper Hearty Feast Icon Hearty Feast if you cannot afford the +500 food). Note that you must switch to Feral before eating (and then back to Guardian afterwards) in order to obtain the Agility buff, as otherwise you will receive Stamina; note though that staying in Guardian for the Stamina buff can be viable if you prefer it. Ancient Healing Potion Icon Ancient Healing Potion can be used in place of Healthstones.

If you can afford it, you should also use augment runes (which work in both raids and Mythic+ dungeons). Defiled Augment Rune Icon Defiled Augment Rune is the cheap rune with a one-time use. Lightforged Augment Rune Icon Lightforged Augment Rune costs 50,000 Gold and requires exalted reputation with the Army of the Light faction.
