About Our Reviewer

This guide has been reviewed and approved by Treckie, who has been a long-time leading tank who has competed for world first kills for 5 years. He is one of the casters for both last year's and this year's upcoming Mythic Dungeon invitational. You can watch his stream on Twitch and you can follow him on Twitter.

1. Gems for Guardian Druids

You should use Versatile Labradorite Icon Versatile Labradorite (or the cheaper Versatile Maelstrom Sapphire Icon Versatile Maelstrom Sapphire) in all sockets.

2. Enchants for Guardian Druids

Slot Enchantment

3. Consumables for Guardian Druids

Flask of Ten Thousand Scars Icon Flask of Ten Thousand Scars (survivability) or Flask of the Seventh Demon Icon Flask of the Seventh Demon (DPS) should be used for raids. Unbending Potion Icon Unbending Potion is a great choice and will act as a small cooldown against Physical damage, but Potion of Prolonged Power Icon Potion of Prolonged Power provides Stamina and Agility for a full minute and is generally more versatile. Potion of the Old War Icon Potion of the Old War is best for pure DPS, especially burst damage. You should eat Lavish Suramar Feast Icon Lavish Suramar Feast for the buff to your Agility (or the cheaper Hearty Feast Icon Hearty Feast if you cannot afford the +500 food). If you want to buff your Agility instead of your Stamina, you should switch to Feral before eating (and then back to Guardian afterwards). Astral Healing Potion Icon Astral Healing Potion can be used in place of Healthstones, but Healthstones scale with health (always restoring 25%), making them substantially stronger if you have access to a Warlock.

If you can afford it, you should also use augment runes (which work in both raids and Mythic+ dungeons). Defiled Augment Rune Icon Defiled Augment Rune is the cheap rune with a one-time use. Lightforged Augment Rune Icon Lightforged Augment Rune costs 40,000 Gold and requires exalted reputation with the Army of the Light faction.
