Essences

N'Zoth is one of five bosses that drop the Encrypted Ny'alothan Text Icon Encrypted Ny'alothan Text, which is required to obtain and upgrade the essence from the Ny'alotha raid. The other bosses are Ra-den the Despoiled, Prophet Skitra, Vexiona, and Il'gynoth, Corruption Reborn.

Mythic-only Mount

N'Zoth is the only boss in Ny'alotha to drop a mount, the Ny'alotha Allseer Icon Ny'alotha Allseer. This mount only drops on Mythic mode and cannot be obtained in any other mode.
