Havoc Demon Hunter in The Eternal Palace

Havoc Demon Hunters, while a melee spec, do provide a mandatory raid buff and a versatile toolkit to support your raid. A number of bosses have a high priority on burst AoE mixed with high boss damage, which Havoc can provide. It is likely to remain a high quality melee pick based on PTR testing, but this could change with more live testing in Heroic week.
