Mistweaver Monk Healing Gems, Enchants, and Consumables — Midnight Pre-Patch (12.0)

We highly recommend using QuestionablyEpic to sim your character's ideal gems and enchants, as they might differ from our general recommendations.

The best stats for Raiding Mistweaver Monks are Haste and Crit, so that is what we will be gemming for.

You should use Elusive Blasphemite in one socket. Then, you should ensure you have one gem of each type in other sockets to max out the gem's effect, ideally Quick Ruby/ Quick Onyx/ Quick Sapphire/ Deadly Emerald. Fill in remaining sockets with Deadly Emerald.

The best stats for Mythic+ Mistweaver Monks are still likely Haste and Crit but can change depending on your goals. Haste will always be ideal to stack until you hit diminishing returns, but depending on your playstyle, you can opt to choose Crit, Mastery, or Vers as your second stat to stack.

You should use Elusive Blasphemite in one socket. Then, you should ensure you have one gem of each type in other sockets to max out the gem's effect, ideally Quick Ruby/ Quick Onyx/ Quick Sapphire/ and your preferred Emerald of choice from the list below, depending on which secondary stat you want to focus, filling your remaining sockets with that gem as well.

Each of the Emerald types are:

• Deadly Emerald;
• Masterful Emerald;
• Versatile Emerald;
• Quick Emerald.

You should be drinking the Flask of Tempered Swiftness at all times.

You should be using Algari Mana Oil

Use Slumbering Soul Serum to regenerate Mana if you can afford the downtime, otherwise Algari Mana Potion is better. Tempered Potion is the best stat potion for personal gain, but you will likely want to use Potion Bomb of Power instead for more group damage. You can obtain many of these potions, such as Fleeting Tempered Potion, from Cauldrons that can be spawned by Alchemists

Finally, Grotesque Vial can be used while dead and be the difference between victory and defeat in an encounter.

You should keep a stock of Invigorating Healing Potions to use when at low health, and if you have a Warlock in the group, grab their Healthstones and use them as well. Do not macro these together, they are best used separately! You can also obtain Fleeting Invigorating Healing Potion from Cauldrons that can be spawned by Alchemists.

You should be eating from a Feast at all times, either Feast of the Divine Day, Feast of the Midnight Masquerade, or Hearty Feast of the Midnight Masquerade.

If Feasts are not available, eat Outsider's Provisions, Beledar's Bounty, Jester's Board, or Empress' Farewell instead.

In addition, if you can afford it, you should use Crystallized Augment Runes to increase your primary stat. Augment Runes are expensive, and disappear on death, so use them wisely!

You can also buy the permanent Ethereal Augment Rune once at Renown 18 with the new Season 3 K'aresh Trust faction or use the Soulgorged Augment Runes that drop from the new raid and persist through death.

There are a couple of consumable items that can significantly increase your speed while leveling. These are by no means compulsory. However, they can be a nice quality of life change.

• Goblin Glider Kit is a leveler's best friend. It reduces your falling speed while also granting a large forward velocity. Any time you are able to jump from a high place, these will get you to your destination very quickly.
• Gunshoes are an Engineering item that increases your movement speed by 200% for 25 seconds. The drawback, however, is that you cannot stop moving, so you will either need to click off the buff or wait for it to time out. Any time you need to cover a large distance, these are good to use.
