About Our Reviewer

This guide has been reviewed and approved by Gamko, a top healer who raids in Serenity, one of the best guilds in the world.

1. Gems

You should use Saber's Eye of Intellect Icon Saber's Eye of Intellect in one socket, and Deadly Eye of Prophecy Icon Deadly Eye of Prophecy in all other sockets.

2. Enchants

Slot Enchantment
Neck
Back
Rings

3. Consumables

Flask of the Whispered Pact Icon Flask of the Whispered Pact should be used for raids along with Potion of the Old War Icon Potion of the Old War and Leytorrent Potion Icon Leytorrent Potion as your potions of choice. The DPS potion can optionally be used as a pre-pot at the beginning of the fight where healing is not very intense (although if you are healing at the start, Potion of Prolonged Power Icon Potion of Prolonged Power is recommended instead), while your Leytorrent Potion Icon Leytorrent Potion is a one time usage potion per fight where you can restore Mana at the cost of not being able to cast or move while the effect lasts. Ancient Mana Potion Icon Ancient Mana Potion can be used in place of the Leytorrent Potion, if the healing or movement requirements make channeling the Leytorrent Potion impractical.

You should eat Lavish Suramar Feast Icon Lavish Suramar Feast for the buff to your Intellect (or the cheaper Hearty Feast Icon Hearty Feast if you cannot afford the +500 food).

Ancient Healing Potion Icon Ancient Healing Potion can be used in place of Healthstones. Ancient Mana Potion Icon Ancient Mana Potion can also be used once per fight as an instant Mana restore.

If you can afford it, you should also use the Legion augment rune: Defiled Augment Rune Icon Defiled Augment Rune. Note that it now works in Mythic+ dungeons (it did not used to).
