1. Gems

You should use Saber's Eye of Intellect Icon Saber's Eye of Intellect in one socket, and Deadly Deep Chemirine Icon Deadly Deep Chemirine (or the cheaper Deadly Eye of Prophecy Icon Deadly Eye of Prophecy) in all other sockets.

2. Enchants

Slot Enchantment
Neck
Back
Rings

3. Consumables

Flask of the Whispered Pact Icon Flask of the Whispered Pact should be used for raids along with Potion of Prolonged Power Icon Potion of Prolonged Power and Leytorrent Potion Icon Leytorrent Potion (or Ancient Mana Potion Icon Ancient Mana Potion if you cannot drink safely) as your potions of choice. If you wish to DPS at the start of the fight, you can pre-pot with Potion of the Old War Icon Potion of the Old War instead.

You should eat Lavish Suramar Feast Icon Lavish Suramar Feast for the buff to your Intellect (or the cheaper Hearty Feast Icon Hearty Feast if you cannot afford the +500 food).

Ancient Healing Potion Icon Ancient Healing Potion can be used in place of Healthstones. Ancient Mana Potion Icon Ancient Mana Potion can also be used once per fight as an instant Mana restore.

If you can afford it, you should also use augment runes (which work in both raids and Mythic+ dungeons). Defiled Augment Rune Icon Defiled Augment Rune is the cheap rune with a one-time use. Lightforged Augment Rune Icon Lightforged Augment Rune costs 50,000 Gold and requires exalted reputation with the Army of the Light faction.
