Abilities and Strategy

Epicus Maximus has three abilities.

  • The undead character riding Epicus Maximus keeps throwing Pure Rock'n Roll Icon Pure Rock'n Roll sonic disks on the floor.
  • Epicus Maximus keeps casting Destructolaser Icon Destructolaser, which creates a very slow beam of light that follows you for 12 seconds.
  • Every 30 seconds, Epicus Maximus will cast Blue Crush Icon Blue Crush, a very damaging spell that can be interrupted or outranged.

The strategy is relatively simple. Keep moving around to avoid the sonic disks and Destructolaser Icon Destructolaser. Interrupt Blue Crush Icon Blue Crush (or outrange it if you are a ranged DPS).

Note that Epicus Maximus will sometimes not cast Destructolaser Icon Destructolaser and will instead melee you a few times for a small amount.
