Demonology Warlock PvP Guide — The War Within (11.2)

Demonology Warlocks received a significant amount of changes, especially to the Hero talent tree Diabolist.

• Summon Vilefiend cooldown reduced to 25s (was 30s)
• Master Summoner PvP talent has been redesigned and is now a regular talent in the Demonology tree. Reduces your Call Dreadstalkers, Summon Demonic Tyrant and Summon Vilefiend cast time by 25%.
• Summon Demonic Tyrant now increases damage of your demons by 25% (up from 10%) and only empowers 5 Wild Imps.
• Immutable Hatred damage increased by 40%.
• Demonic Brutality now increases your critical damage from spells and demons by 6% (up from 4%).
• Improved Demonic Tactics now increases your primary Felguard's critical strike chance by 50% (up from 30%).
• Guillotine and Reign of Tyranny have been removed.
• Shadow Bolt damage increased by 55%.
• Wild Imp damage increased by 15%.
• Implosion damage increased by 15%.
• Chaos Salvo and Felseekerfrom the Diabolist tree have been increased by 50%.
• Infernal Bolt damage increased by 55%.
• Flames of Xoroth now increases fire and demon damage dealt by 4% (up from 2%).

Demonology Warlocks have more crowd control than the other specs and, therefore are also much harder to kill. They have utility in the form of Axe Toss, allowing them to kite or set up a Fear freely. If the Demonology Warlock is unchecked, they can easily burst an enemy down in seconds using Summon Demonic Tyrant.

The talent tree has been completely reworked with Doom now becoming a passive. Additionally, you can use multiple charges of Healthstone due to Pact of Gluttony. In the Demonology tree, there are several new talents that change your Summon Vilefiend ability, as well as talents that buff the damage your Summon Felguard does.
