Patch 10.1.7 Class Changes

Several classes received tuning in Fury Incarnate. We cover them in more detail on separate pages linked below.

The remaining classes did not receive any changes at all but have been updated in Patch 10.1.5.

Each week, one of the four original zones in the Dragon Isles will be affected by a Dreamsurge. The event is placed on top of world quests, and you can participate in it for various rewards, including gear, a mount, a battle pet, and more.

You will learn more about the Dreamsurges in our dedicated guide.

Heroic Dawn of the Infinite Mega-Dungeon

Dawn of the Infinite mega-dungeon has been split into two wings with Heroic Difficulty now available.

Night Elf and Forsaken Heritage Armor Sets

Celebrate the history and traditions of the undead and Kaldorei cultures with the new Forsaken and Night Elf Heritage Armor sets. New questlines are available for both races to undertake and gain armor variations to add to their collection. The Forsaken must complete The Return to Lordaeron storyline before beginning their Heritage armor quests.

Besides Heritage Armor Sets, Night Elves gain access to new face markings and body tattoos, while the Forsaken can use five new skin variations.

Eastern Kingdoms Cup

On October 4 through October 17, soar the skies of the Eastern Kingdoms with the Dragonrider racing event, Eastern Kingdoms Cup. Complete sixteen races across Eastern Kingdoms in Normal, Advanced, and Reverse variations to earn Riders of Azeroth Badges to exchange for rewards with Maztha in Valdrakken. Head to the Holiday Enthusiast outside the bank in Valdrakken to receive the initial quest when the event starts.

Man'ari Eredar Customization Option

Starting September 12, Draenei players can complete a new quest and unlock the Man'ari Eredar customization options for their characters.

New Ping System

The Ruby Lifeshrine has more eggs than it can manage and needs a little help hatching and teaching 5 of their dragon whelps, so they have called in the crew at the Little Scales Daycare to assist. Tending to the whelps by completing (daily) quests at the Daycare provides you with Flightstones, gold, and up to 10 battle pets!

Check out our guide to learn more about the new Ping system.
