How to Obtain Fangs of the Father
Fangs of the Father are a set of Rogue Daggers comprised of two items:
Golad, Twilight of Aspects (Main Hand) and Tiriosh, Nightmare of Ages

How to Transmogrify Fangs of the Father
You can visit a transmogrifier in any major city to use the weapon's appearance for transmog. Certain restrictions apply.

Transmog Restrictions
Only Rogues can use the Fangs of the Father appearance for transmogrification, because they are the only class eligible for the quest line. Your rogue character also needs to be at level 85 or higher to be able to use the appearance.
