In Patch 8.3, Inscription has received a few new recipes: a new Vantus rune for Ny'alotha, contracts for Rajani and Uldum Accord, and a BoE item level 400 off-hand frill.

This effect lasts for an entire week.You can only use one Vantus Rune per week. see below for more information

Contract: Rajani	1x Light Parchment 25x Ultramarine Ink	Enter a contract with the Rajani that allows you to gain reputation with them every time you complete a world quest on Kul Tiras and Zandalar. See below for more information
