In Patch 8.3, Inscription has received a few new recipes: a new Vantus rune for Ny'alotha, contracts for Rajani and Uldum Accord, and a BoE item level 400 off-hand frill.

Vantus Rune: Ny'alotha, the Waking City	1x Light Parchment 20x Maroon Ink 10x Ultramarine Ink	Attune yourself to the energies of the targeted Ny'alotha, the Waking City raid boss, increasing your Versatility by 277 when fighting that boss. This effect lasts for an entire week.You can only use one Vantus Rune per week. see below for more information

Contract: Rajani	1x Light Parchment 25x Ultramarine Ink	Enter a contract with the Rajani that allows you to gain reputation with them every time you complete a world quest on Kul Tiras and Zandalar. See below for more information
Contract: Uldum Accord	1x Light Parchment 25x Ultramarine Ink	Enter a contract with the Uldum Accord that allows you to gain reputation with them every time you complete a world quest on Kul Tiras and Zandalar. See below for more information
