Best Gems for Fury Warrior
You should use Fractured Neltharite in all
sockets, though many of the cheaper variants with Mastery as one of their
two stats may also be viable. Be sure to simulate your character!

Best Flasks and Potions for Fury
Phial of Tepid Versatility is best phial in all situations. While
others may be theoretically stronger, their downsides make them inappropriate
for the vast majority of situations.
Elemental Potion of Ultimate Power is the best combat potion,
used with other cooldowns, during Execute phases, or other periods in which
the target takes increased damage.
Howling Rune or
Buzzing Rune depending on your current stats.
Refreshing Healing Potion or
Healthstone should be used
for combat healing.
Best Food for Fury
You should eat from the Grand Banquet of the Kalu'ak when possible,
and otherwise Mastery food (
Salt-Baked Fishcake or a variant featuring Mastery
such as
Great Cerulean Sea,
Thousandbone Tongueslicer, or
Sizzling Seafood Medley
if more readily available).
Augment Runes for Fury
In addition, if you can afford it, you should use Draconic Augment Runes to
increase your primary stat. Since there is a finite amount of the consumable
runes available, you should make sure to use them wisely and to stock up on them
for when you need them.
The Onyx Annulet and Primordial Stone Gems
The Onyx Annulet is a new ring obtained within The Forgotten Reach in Patch 10.0.7, which can be socketed with three special Primordial Stone Gems, each of which offer a range of unique damage, healing, defensive, or utility effects. Unlike power progression systems of the past, it is designed as a catch up mechanic available to all players in the current season, meant to be replaced shortly after the launch of Season 2 in Patch 10.1, rather than a major power system carried forward through an entire raid tier or Mythic Plus season of gameplay.
While the exact power of the ring and its gems has not yet been fully explored, most of the effects are single target oriented, so you may consider using a high item level ring for heavmultitarget instead. That said, we have a few guidelines for prioritizing gems in your Annulet. Remember that you can obtain multiple copies of each gem and so feel free to experiment with new combinations as you obtain them!
