If you were looking for WoW Classic content, please refer to our Classic DPS Warrior enchants and consumables.

Best Gems for Arms Warrior

You should use Quick Sand Spinel Icon Quick Sand Spinel (or the cheaper Quick Owlseye Icon Quick Owlseye) in all sockets.

Best Enchants for Arms Warrior

Slot Enchantment

Consumables for Arms Warrior

Best Flasks and Potions for Arms

Greater Flask of the Undertow Icon Greater Flask of the Undertow is the flask of choice for Strength users.

Potion of Focused Resolve Icon Potion of Focused Resolve is the best combat potion for single-target, used on the pull and again with all of your cooldowns during the Execute phase. Potion of Empowered Proximity Icon Potion of Empowered Proximity is best in AoE situations with 4+ targets, while Superior Battle Potion of Strength Icon Superior Battle Potion of Strength is better when there are less.

Abyssal Healing Potion Icon Abyssal Healing Potion or Healthstone Icon Healthstone should be used for combat healing.

Best Food for Arms

You should eat from the Famine Evaluator And Snack Table Icon Famine Evaluator And Snack Table when possible, and otherwise Haste food (Baked Port Tato Icon Baked Port Tato or the cheaper Swamp Fish 'n Chips Icon Swamp Fish 'n Chips).

Augment Runes for Arms

If you can afford it, you should use Battle-Scarred Augment Rune Icon Battle-Scarred Augment Runes to increase your primary stat. Since there is a finite amount of these runes available, you should make sure to use them wisely and to stock up on them for when you need them.

Starting in patch 8.3 you can also use the re-usable Lightning-Forged Augment Rune Icon Lightning-Forged Augment Rune to increase your primary stat by an equal amount.
