When you are defaulting a specific stat and do not want to swap enchants often, it is best to choose Leech. During encounters, you can heal yourself using Silvermoon Health Potion Icon Silvermoon Health Potion and Healthstone Icon Healthstone. Make sure you use these when in danger of dying.

For close progression pulls or for pushing your damage, you can also use a Void-Touched Augment Rune Icon Void-Touched Augment Runes.

Harandar Celebration Icon Harandar Celebration or Silvermoon Parade Icon Silvermoon Parade should be used in raid or dungeons if possible. Otherwise, Royal Roast Icon Royal Roast offers main stat but no stamina, making it a great choice for all content. The feast heavily outperforms other food options.

In addition to food buffs, you can also drink one of the new tea's available this expansion. Azeroot Tea Icon Azeroot Tea provides the Relaxed buff which stacks with our food buff and grants 4% speed.
