Balance Druid DPS Gems, Enchants, and Consumables — Midnight Pre-Patch (12.0)

We highly recommend using Raidbots to sim your character's ideal gems and enchants, as they might differ from our general recommendations.

The best stats for Balance Druid are Haste and Mastery. We will be focusing on getting the most out of stats while maximizing the new Prismatic Gem.

You should use Culminating Blasphemite in one socket. Then, you should ensure you have one gem of each type in other sockets. A gem like Quick Onyx can be used in the remaining slots.

• Emerald Gem - Masterful Emerald
• Ruby Gem - Quick Ruby
• Onyx Gem - Quick Onyx

Once again, depending on your content and Hero Talent Tree choice, you will fill out the remaining slots with or Masterful Emerald.

As Midnight approaches, it may be a good time to start stocking up on good leveling items. If you have the extra gold, you should get extra food, potions, and flasks to last you until the new raid comes out.

You may also wish to purchase Gunshoes to traverse long distances of the new continent quickly as well as Goblin Glider Kits to cancel out fall damage or jump off mountains.

The default flask for most situations is Flask of Alchemical Chaos.

The best potion is Tempered Potion.

The best weapon imbuement is Algari Mana Oil.

During encounters, you can heal yourself using Invigorating Healing Potion and Healthstone. Make sure you use these when in danger of dying.

For close progression pulls or for pushing your damage, you can also use a Crystallized Augment Runes.

Feast of the Divine Day or Feast of the Midnight Masquerade should be used in raid or dungeons if possible. Otherwise, Stuffed Cave Peppers offers main stat and stamina, making it a great choice for all content. The feast heavily outperforms other food options.
