You should eat Lavish Suramar Feast Icon Lavish Suramar Feast for the +500 Agility buff (or the cheaper Hearty Feast Icon Hearty Feast if you cannot afford the +500 food). Alternatively, and depending on your choice of Tier 6 talent, you can eat Lemon Herb Filet Icon Lemon Herb Filet for the 1% Versatility buff or Nightborne Delicacy Platter Icon Nightborne Delicacy Platter for the +375 Mastery buff (or Barracuda Mrglgagh Icon Barracuda Mrglgagh, if you cannot afford the +375 food).

Since Patch 7.3, Healthstones now heal for 25% of the user's maximum health. This means that any player with more than 1.92 million health should always use Healthstones over Ancient Healing Potion Icon Ancient Healing Potions whenever available.

If you can afford it, you should also use augment runes (which work in both raids and Mythic+ dungeons). Defiled Augment Rune Icon Defiled Augment Rune is the cheap rune with a one-time use.
