1. Gems

You should use Masterful Argulite Icon Masterful Argulite in all sockets. If you cannot afford the epic gems, you should instead use Saber's Eye of Intellect Icon Saber's Eye of Intellect in one socket and Masterful Shadowruby Icon Masterful Shadowruby in all other sockets.

2. Enchants

Slot Enchantment
Neck
Back
Rings

3. Consumables

Potion of Prolonged Power Icon Potion of Prolonged Power is the best choice for all situations.

Flask of the Whispered Pact Icon Flask of the Whispered Pact should be used as your flask of choice.

Lemon Herb Filet Icon Lemon Herb Filet is our go-to food, granting 1% total Versatility (475 rating in total — 100 more than any other secondary stat food). Though marginally worse, an alternative choice is the Lavish Suramar Feast Icon Lavish Suramar Feast for the +500 Intellect buff.

Since Patch 7.3, Healthstones now heal for 25% of the user's maximum health. This means that any player with more than 1.92 million health should always use Healthstones over Ancient Healing Potion Icon Ancient Healing Potions whenever available.

If you can afford it, you should also use augment runes (which work in both raids and Mythic+ dungeons). Defiled Augment Rune Icon Defiled Augment Rune is the cheap rune with a one-time use. Lightforged Augment Rune Icon Lightforged Augment Rune costs 50,000 Gold and requires exalted reputation with the Army of the Light faction.
