Patch 11.2 provides players with the Reshii Wraps artifact cloak. This begins at item level 694 and be upgraded all the way to 730 throughout the season, this is the only cloak available in season 3 and will not be replaced.

For DPS the cloak has a damage proc that splits between all enemies hit, you can further increase this effect by equipping the Interloper's Chain Boots from The Soul Hunter in the new raid.

The Reshii Wraps also come with a new socket named a Fiber Socket, this can be socketted with a single Fiber to give you a secondary stat of your choosing, the best Fiber to use at any given time will depend on the rest of your gear and the content you are doing but in the majority of situations you will be using the haste socket Pure Chronomantic Fiber.

Patch 11.1.7 introduced a new belt acquired specifically from Delves, the Durable Information Securing Container. By venturing into Overcharged Delves you will receive this item following a small quest line.

This belt will slowly upgrade it over time until a maximum ilvl of 701. This belt lacks passive secondary stats but comes with 9 different bonuses that you can switch between by simply right-clicking the item, below i will go over the bonuses that are best in each situation.

• For Raid/ST encounters: Spark Burst or Static Charge it will depend on the rest of your stats so its best to sim both options to be certain.
• For Mythic+ or high cleave raid encounters: Spark Burst.

For AoE/Cleave damage - you will only ever use Durable Information Securing Container with Spark Burst as our haste scaling becomes far greater with each additional target.

Something to be aware of, despite remaining at only ilvl 701 for the # duration of season 3, D.I.S.C is still our BiS for DPS, it will only be very slightly better than a mythic ilvl belt with a socket so feel free to swap if you want the extra health pool.

The set bonus follows the gambling theme of the new raid tier, giving your abilities a chance to proc the Jackpot, firing a Shattering Star at 3 nearby enemies, this has next to no impact on our playstyle.

I'd recommend simming the trinkets listed here when you acquire them as it will not be an ironclad rule of what is BiS in every situation.

1. Araz's Ritual Forge This trinket provides passive Critical strike and an enormous amount of Intellect for 30 seconds on a 2 minute cooldown.
2. Astral Antenna Provides passive Intellect and spawns orbs which will move toward you and grant Critical strike when absorbed, multiple applications can overlap.
3. Diamantine Voidcore Provides passive Mastery and an Intellect proc which has an increased proc rate when you are below 25% of your maximum mana.
4. Azhiccaran Parapodia Provides passive Haste and a proc which gives you a large amount of intellect and deals a small amount of damage over time to the target.
5. Signet of the Priory An Intellect on use trinket that provides you with your highest secondary stat for 20 seconds on use, whilst also granting anyone else in your party or raiding using the trinket a small amount of the same stat for the duration of the buff.
6. Lily of the Eternal Weave An intellect on use trinket that will give you a large amount of mastery for 15 seconds, this trinket has a 90 second cooldown but it functions as a 2 minute cooldown for us.
7. Ara-Kara Sacbrood Provides passive Haste and a stacking intellect buff that also deals a small amount of nature damage over time to the target each time it procs.
8. So'leah's Secret Technique Provides passive Intellect and lets you tether yourself to an ally, giving them a small amount of your highest secondary stat and then granting you a much more substantial amount.

Once you have obtained a piece of gear containing a prismatic socket or needing to be enchanted, you will need to know how to modify it. Details about these tweaks can be found on our dedicated gems, enchants, and consumables page.

It is essential to note that all of these items have Versatility on them.

I recommend trying Rated Solo Shuffle as Devastation has a high amount of initial burst damage, which is well suited for this game mode.
