Best Gems for Holy Priest in MoP Remix

Gems are one of the unique ways to augment your character in MoP Remix, offering offensive, defensive, and utility benefits. On this page, we list the best gems for each type. To learn more about Gems in MoP Remix in general, check out our dedicated page below.

  • Meta Gem: Lifestorm Icon Lifestorm
  • Cogwheel Gem: Spiritwalker's Grace Icon Spiritwalker's Grace

You will be unlikely to loot the best gems right away, so make sure to experiment with whatever gems you get while leveling. Gems such as Fervor Icon Fervor are especially powerful for healers due to their damage abilities being inherently weaker, and you will also have an easier time keeping yourself above 80% health, especially in combination with Vampiric Aura Icon Vampiric Aura.
