Retribution Paladin Best Legendaries in Shadowlands — Dragonflight 10.2.5

Legendary Powers are special effects affixed to crafted items in the Shadowlands (through Runecarving). Most of these effects have benefits that are specific to your spec, and others work for all Paladin specs. On this page, we will go through the best ones for all types of content. With the addition of the Unity power obtained through the Patch 9.2 campaign in Zereth Mortis, all Retribution Paladins will automatically gain the effect of their Covenant Legendary power. This allows any other Legendary to be used at the same time, typically Final Verdict in single-target raid content, Relentless Inquisitor in cleave situations and Mythic+ dungeons. The previously used Tempest of the Lightbringer is now a easily obtainable talent, so we do not need to equip it for Mythic+ dungeons and cleave situations.

When crafting the Legendaries, you can choose two secondary stats to grant them using missives. Haste and Mastery are safe stats to craft for both raiding and Mythic+.

If climbing Torghast is your main focus, the Stable Phantasma Lure Legendary is the best choice.
