The best Embellishment for Preservation Evoker will come down to whether or not you raid and if you will be able to obtain the full set that goes with Voidglass Spire. If you will be unable to do this quickly, you will gain the most power by crafting a 2H weapon with Darkmoon Sigil: Ascension followed by Writhing Armor Banding. If you do this, you will still replace it long term once you can gain access to the full set. From there, your best embellishments will instead be Dawnthread Lining for general use, and Binding of Binding for Mythic+ only.

Generally, Haste/Mastery is a good stat combination to go with for pure healing, otherwise you can go Haste/Versatility if you plan on playing an equal amount of Mythic+ and Raiding.

1. The largest power increase would be crafting a max item level weapon and using Darkmoon Sigil: Ascension. That being said, the weapon will be replaced long-term once you gain access to the BiS weapon from raid. If you do not raid or do not think you will get the weapon soon, then you should craft this first.
2. With your second craft, you can use it on Writhing Armor Banding if you did craft a weapon. In general, you want to craft these on slots that are unlikely to be replaced and don't have extremely competitive options. For example, crafting any embellishment on a tier slot can tend to be a waste in case you need to use that slot for tier. Similarly, if you get a super rare neck or ring, it would also be a waste to have an embellishment on the sale slot. Generally, you want to chase item level with something like Boots/Belts/Bracers > Rings/Necks > Cloaks.
3. If you did not craft a weapon or are at the point you are replacing it, you will want to craft items with Dawnthread Lining following the same logic described previously.
4. If you only play Mythic+, you can opt to craft items with Binding of Binding.

The War Within Season 3 Turbo Boost offers a way to acquire specific items from Manaforge Omega as well as Mythic+ Trinkets through Puzzling Cartel Chips. You can use these chips to buy Heroic level items but in order to get Myth level items you need to get all +12 keys timed for the Mythic+ trinkets or kill the boss on Mythic for the raid items at least once. Choosing what items to spend Puzzling Cartel Chips on will largely depend on what items you already have. Someone with a Mythic Astral Antenna will obviously not need to buy it from the vendor and thus can spend Cartel Chips on other items. Below we will list some of the key items, in order of importance.

• Interloper's Chain Boots - This will be one of your highest priority items as the power increase is more significant than any other potential upgrade besides completing the Void trinket+weapon set bonus. That being said, these boots drop quite frequently and off an easier boss in the raid. It may be worth skipping this item entirely if you see yourself farming this boss for a while and instead using a cartel coin on either Voidglass Sovereign's Blade or Diamantine Voidcore to complete the set.
• Voidglass Sovereign's Blade - Extremely powerful set bonus that combines with Diamantine Voidcore. You will want to purchase this only if acquiring both set pieces is possible.
• Diamantine Voidcore - BiS trinket as long as you have Voidglass Sovereign's Blade. You will want to purchase this only if acquiring both set pieces is possible.
• Nexus-King's Command - If you already have access to the Void set bonus and acquiring boots isn't a concern, then you may want to target this trinket due it being so strong. However, only healers utilize this trinket which may make it easier to acquire. Especially if your co-healers plan on purchasing it.
• Lily of the Eternal Weave - Incredibly strong trinket in both Raiding and Mythic+. The 1:30 cooldown means that you can easily line it up with Stasis. If you are focused on Mythic+, this will be one of your best choices. If you have access to mythic bosses but notenough to utilize the Void set bonus from Diamantine Voidcore, then this will be a high priority item.
• Astral Antenna - Strong trinket that is acquirable early into the raid. This is a good choice if you do not see yourself progressing Mythic far enough to unlock any of the later items.
• So'leah's Secret Technique - This trinket can be a nice choice for players who do not plan on stepping into Mythic raiding content at all.
• If you are solely focused on Mythic and have managed to kill early bosses but don't see yourself progressing farther, Loom'ithar's Living Silk can be a good choice due to the heavy utility it provides.
• Band of the Shattered Soul - If you have been able to acquire nearly every rare item to this point and have no idea what else to spend your chip on, this ring provides solid stats and a nice extra bonus. Otherwise, you can aim for a Mythic+ focused trinekt such as Loom'ithar's Living Silk or an offspec item!
• If you do not see yourself progressing into Mythic content and already having access to strong Mythic+/Raid trinkets, you may want to target Interloper's Chain Boots on Hero track due to the strong bonus it will provide you.
• Loom'ithar's Living Silk - Solid choice for Mythic+ players who have no desire to ever step into any form of raid content. The shield it provides can be extremely beneficial in keeping players alive during tough moments.

The Tier Set is comprised of 5 items, all carrying the Spellweaver's Immaculate moniker. Unique bonuses are unlocked when wearing 2 or 4 pieces from the set and change depending on your hero talent choice:

• Evoker Flameshaper 11.2 Class Set 2pc — Causes Engulf to trigger Inner Flame, providing you with additional bonuses that you will want to play around. Most notably you will cast Living Flame with Echo during the Inner Flame window.
• Evoker Flameshaper 11.2 Class Set 4pc — Now causes Essence Burst to trigger Essence Bomb during Inner Flame. This provides you with a very large healing increase.
• Evoker Chronowarden 11.2 Class Set 2pc — Reduces the cooldown of Tip the Scales, granting you a massive increase in uptime on Temporal Burst.
• Evoker Chronowarden 11.2 Class Set 4pc — Adds additional healing during the Temporal Burst effect.

Regardless of hero talent choice, these bonuses are extremely strong and add a large amount of HPS. You will want to equip these as soon as possible. More information about how these can impact your rotation can be found on the dedicated rotation page.

Introduced in Patch 11.1.7, the new D.I.S.C. belt adds a variety of bonuses depending on your selected bonus. This belt will be replaced with any higher item level belt in Patch 11.2.
