Windrunner Spire Dungeon Guide: Location, Boss Strategies, and Trash

This guide will focus on an extensive overview of the dungeon, providing vital information to complete it across all difficulties (Normal, Heroic, and Mythic). We will cover all 4 boss fights supported by the most notable trash enemies in the dungeon and their important abilities. • Interrupt Restless Steward's Spirit Bolt. Use your stops during their Soul Torment to cancel the effect.
• Use defensives if you get Arcane Salvo from Spellguard Magus and use knockbacks to move away any other mobs that are within their Spellguard's Protection sphere.
• Use crowd-control abilities to stop Territorial Dragonhawk's Fire Spit.
• Be mindful when you defeat the Spindleweb Hatchling, they will leave Acidic Demise ichors on the ground.
• Use a defensive if you get Poison Spray on you from Creeping Spindleweb.
• Be cautious if you get Puncturing Bite Bleed effect as it deals a lot of damage, consider using your defensives if you drop low.
• Interrupt Bloated Lasher's Fungal Bolt and use defensives during its group-wide damage ability - Spore Dispersal.

• Use your defensives if you get Flaming Updraft debuff and place it near the corner. This way it will be easier for you to dodge the Flaming Twisters during Flaming Updraft.
• Be mindful of the Fire Breath frontal during Burning Gale channel. This is the time to use any spare defensives or off-healing options your class has.

• Use your major defensives during Searing Beak.
• Try to tank the boss in one of the corners to allow for your team to have more room to dodge the Flaming Twisters during Burning Gale channel.

• Spot-heal people with Flaming Updraft debuff on them.
• Use your major healing cooldowns during Burning Gale channel, this is where you will need it the most.

• Sidestep the Fervent Apothecary's Phial Toss.
• Interrupt Ardent Cutthroat's Poison Blade.
• Important:Focus the Devoted Woebringer and its Pulsing Shriek absorb as it will deal group-wide damage until interrupted. Any spare kicks are to be used for its Shadow Bolt cast.
• Use defensives if you get targeted by Flesh Behemoth's Fetid Spew debuff. In addition, avoid the Fetid Bile ground ichors.

Both bosses must die simulteniously in order to avoid dealing with their Broken Bond Enrage effect.

• Interrupt Kalis's Shadow Bolt casts.
• If you get targeted by the Curse of Darkness and you can't dispel it, outrange the Dark Entity that is about to spawn (it does heavy melee and alternatively you can use crowd-control to stop it).
• During the Splattering Spew, use your personal defensive and place the Gunk Splatter in an appropriate place for better space management.
• The only way to stop Kalis's Debilitating Shriek is to use Latch's Heaving Yank and "hook" it back.

• Use your active mitigation before each Bone Hack from Latch.
• Try to keep both bosses together to allow better cleave potential.

• Use your healing cooldowns during each Splattering Spew debuff as it does group-wide damage.

• Sidestep Swiftshot Archer's Arrow Rain.
• Avoid being hit by the Phalanx Breaker's Break Ranks charge and stop casting before Interrupting Screech finishes its cast.
• Your Healer should be mindful of the Throw Axe Bleed effect coming from Spectral Axethrower. In a combination of any other damaging ability can turn lethal.
• Outrange the Lingering Marauder's Gore Whirl.
• Interrupt Phantasmal Mystic's Chain Lightning and use defensives before each Flame Nova.

• You can "bait" Reckless Leap as the furthest player away, just make sure to use your defensives to mitigate some of the damage. All party members just dodge the following Falling Rubble ground puddles.
• Stack together during Intimidating Shout to avoid being feared.
• When the boss reaches 66% and 33% HP it will cast Rallying Bellow dealing massive group-wide damage and summoning Haunting Grunt, Spectral Axethrower and Phantasmal Mystic. During this phase, the boss takes reduced damage due to the Shield Wall aura and uses Bladestorm. Defeat the adds to resume the phase.

• Use your major defensive cooldowns during Rampage cast.
• Try to stack all of the adds during each boss phase to allow for a better cleave.

• Spot-heal players that get Reckless Leap.
• Top the whole party before each Rallying Bellow cast.

• Dodge the Arrow Rain.
• Clear your Squall Leap debuff by taking the Turbulent Arrows which knock you upwards.
• Use your defensives during Bolt Gale cast.
• Use the Turbulent Arrows to avoid being hit by the Billowing Wind wave.

• Use your active mitigation during each Tempest Slash.

• Spot-heal the party member that gets Bolt Gale cast.
• Major healing cooldowns should be used as appropriate, just watch out for how many stacks of Squall Leap your party has and decide on the fly.

Heroic: Windrunner Spire	Defeat Restless Heart in Windrunner Spire on Heroic difficulty or higher.
Mythic: Windrunner Spire	Defeat Restless Heart in Windrunner Spire on Mythic or Mythic Keystone difficulty.
Keystone Hero: Windrunner Spire	Complete Windrunner Spire at Mythic Level 10 or higher, within the time limit. Reward, Teleport to Windrunner Spire.
