General Shaman Changes in Dragonflight Patch 10.1
Deeply Rooted Elements should now activate more consistently for all
specializations.
Bloodlust and
Heroism now cost 2% of base mana (was 21%).
Spiritwalker's Grace now has a grace period, allowing you to continue
to cast while moving for a short period if the ability expires while casting.
Earthgrab Totem now has a 30-second cooldown (was 1 minute).

Elemental Shaman Changes in Dragonflight Patch 10.1
Flame Shock’s dispel protection from
Control of Lava (PvP Talent)
is now a baseline part of Flame Shock.
Healing Surge healing increased by 37%.
Earth Shield healing increased by 25%.
Chain Heal healing increased by 25%.
Healing Stream Totem healing increased by 25%.
Lava Surges triggered by
Primordial Surge increase the damage
of your next Lava Burst by 15% (was 25%).
Primordial Surge’s damage bonus is no longer reduced in PvP combat.
Lava Burst damage increased by 12%. It does not affect PvP combat.
Elemental Blast damage increased by 6%. It does not affect PvP combat.
Earth Shock damage increased by 6%. It does not affect PvP combat.
Lightning Bolt damage increased by 6%. It does not affect PvP combat.

Enhancement Shaman Changes in Dragonflight Patch 10.1
Windfury Weapon damage increased by 50%.
Forceful Winds damage per stack lowered to 20% (was 40%).
Static Accumulation now grants
Lightning Bolt/
Chain Lightning
a 10/20% chance to refund
Maelstrom Weapon spent on Lightning Bolt or Chain
Lightning.
Thorim's Invocation now also increases
Lightning Bolt/
Chain Lightning
damage by 20%.
Elemental Weapons now increases your elemental damage dealt by 2.5% per
active weapon imbue.
Fire Nova now deals both Fire and Physical spell school damage.
Flame Shock’s dispel protection from
Control of Lava (PvP Talent)
is now a baseline part of Flame Shock.
Maelstrom Weapon damage increase now has a separate value from its
healing increase. This applies to
Improved Maelstrom Weapon and
Raging Maelstrom.- All ability and pet damage dealt increased by 5%.
Healing Surge healing increased by 37%.
Earth Shield healing increased by 25%.
Chain Heal healing increased by 25%.
Healing Stream Totem healing increased by 25%.
Improved Maelstrom Weapon increases the healing of your next healing
spell by 5%/10% (was 10%/20%).

Shaman PvP Changes in Dragonflight Patch 10.1
Seasoned Winds (PvP Talent) is now available to all specializations
(was Elemental and Enhancement).
Seasoned Winds now lasts 18 seconds and can stack up to 3 times.
Static Field Totem (PvP Talent) is now available to all specializations
(was Elemental and Enhancement).- New PvP Talent:
Burrow — Burrow beneath the ground, becoming
unattackable, removing movement impairing effects, and increasing your movement
speed by 50% for 5 seconds. When the effect ends, enemies within 6 yards are knocked
in the air and take Physical damage. - Swelling Waves (PvP Talent) has been removed.
- Spectral Recovery (PvP Talent) has been removed.
Lava Burst damage increased by 20% in PvP combat.
Bloodlust and
Heroism are no longer on the global cooldown
when affected by
Shamanism.
Stormkeeper increases
Lightning Bolt damage by 30% for Elemental
in PvP combat (was 115%).- Casting
Lightning Bolt with
Surge of Power causes 1 additional
Mastery: Elemental Overload in PvP combat (was 2).
Lightning Bolt damage increased by 53% for Elemental in PvP combat.- Control of Lava (PvP Talent) has been removed.
- New PvP Talent:
Volcanic Surge — Increases the damage of
Lightning Bolt and
Chain Lightning by 25%, and the damage of
Lava Burst by 45%.
Lava Surge has an additional 100% chance to trigger
and instead reduces the cast time of your next Lightning Bolt or Chain Lightning
by 25%, stacking up to 2 times.
Primordial Surge’s damage bonus is no longer reduced in PvP combat.- Ethereal Form (PvP Talent) has been removed.
- Thundercharge (PvP Talent) has been removed.
- New PvP Talent:
Stormweaver — Consuming
Maelstrom Weapon on
a damage spell causes your next
Healing Surge or
Chain Heal to
gain the full benefits of Maelstrom Weapon based on the stacks consumed. - The healing bonus from
Improved Maelstrom Weapon is reduced by 75% in
PvP combat (was 25%). - The healing bonus from
Raging Maelstrom is now reduced by 60% in
PvP combat (was 40%). - New PvP Talent:
Rain Dance —
Healing Rain is now instant, 20%
more effective, and costs 30% less mana. - Cleansing Waters (PvP Talent) has been removed.
Healing Surge healing increased by 6% in PvP combat.
