Subtlety Rogue Best Legendaries in Shadowlands — Dragonflight 10.2.5
Legendary Powers are targetable, unique effects that you can imbue certain base items with through the Runecarving system. In Shadowlands, these enable you to customize your Subtlety Rogue, drastically improving your performance, and are arguably the most important aspect of your gear.

Legendary Powers are special effects that you add onto items through Runecarving. The Legendary powers enhance your class gameplay in different ways and some of them are spec-specific while some are class-specific. Best Legendaries for Subtlety Rogues
After completing Chapter 7 of the new campaign in Patch 9.2, you will get access
to 
Unity, allowing you to use your Covenant specific Legendary
along with a regular one. Note that if you are Revered with the Enlightened, you
can craft your Unity on any slot.
What Slots to Craft Legendaries On
Invigorating Shadowdust is the best option for single-target situations
in Patch 10.0 if you are playing Venthyr. We recommend crafting it in the Neck
slot.
Finality is the best option for AoE situations and single-target if
you are playing Kyrian. we recommend crafting it in the Back slot.
Best Mythic+ and Torghast Legendaries for Subtlety Rogue
Finality is the best option for AoE situations in Patch 10.0.
Covenant Specific Legendaries
Obedience is the Venthyr-specific Legendary.
Resounding Clarity is the Kyrian-specific Legendary.
Deathspike is the Necrolord-specific Legendary.
Toxic Onslaught is the Night Fae-specific Legendary.
