Kazzara, the Hellforged
Tips
Single target encounter without additional phases.
Nothing overly complicated for a first boss in the Raid, as the main mechanic of guiding the Ray of Anguish towards the Dread Rift can be trivialized by placing Demonic Circle right behind it.
Consider using active mitigation such as Dark Pact and/or Unending Resolve for Hellsteel Carnage at 80%, 60% and 40% of the boss Health.
The Amalgamation Chamber
Tips
Two-phase encounter with 2 targets in the first phase, which then combine together in the second half of the fight.
During the first half, position yourself so you can cleave both targets with Havoc taking care not to get both debuffs stacks too high in the process.
Demonic Circle can be used to trivialize movements from the Shadow side.
Make use of Dark Pact and/or Unending Resolve when soaking the circles in the Fire Side and in the second phase.
The Forgotten Experiments
Tips
Three phases council encounter with 1 boss active at any time.
During Neldris phase Demonic Circle can help minimise movements from Rending Charge and Bellowing Roar.
During the Thadrion phase, extract additional resources from the spawning adds through the Immolate application and Havoc usage.
Dark Pact and/or Unending Resolve can help once again mitigating the damage from Violent Eruption.
During Rionthus phase Demonic Circle and Demonic Gateway can help repositioning to avoid Deep Breath.
Assault of the Zaqali
Tips
Two phases encounter with add management in the first, and a boss burn in the second.
Curse of Tongues can substantially reduce Magma Mystics damage on Raid. Imp Singe Magic can dispel Magma Flow, but Felhunter can interrupt casts, so choose your pet accordingly to raid needs.
In the last phase, consider rotating Dark Pact and Unending Resolve for soaking Catastrophic Slam when debuffed.
Rashok, the Elder
Tips
Single target encounter.
Demonic Circle can help handling Searing Slam, as well as Shadowlava Blast, together with Demonic Gateway for some emergency repositioning.
Dark Pact and Unending Resolve can be rotated during the various soaking mechanics in the fight to ease the pressure on healers.
The fight is a DPS check, therefore focusing on the rotation while minimizing movements to dodge the various damaging effects is paramount.
The Vigilant Steward, Zskarn
Tips
Single phase encounter with a limited number of adds spawning.
Crowd control can be used to interrupt Golems.
Demonic Circle can also be timed to counter the raid-wide knockback Blast Wave.
Magmorax
Tips
Single target encounter.
Warlocks, being innately tanky, are well-suited to soak Molten Spittles and Lava Ejection.
Demonic Circle can be timed to counter the raid-wide knockback Overpowering Stomp.
Echo of Neltharion
Tips
Three phases encounter with 3 adds during the second phase.
A pre-placed Demonic Circle can help move across various sections of the arena despite the Walls being still intact.
The fight could not be tested in its entirety on the PTR, so further suggestions will come after release.
Scalecommander Sarkareth
Tips
Three phases single target encounter with some adds spawning.
Demonic Circle can help bait the various ground effects across all three phases.
If personal cooldowns are not required for Glittering Surge, consider saving Dark Pact for when to soak Fire Breaths or Disintegrates.
In the last phase, correctly placing Demonic Gateway is pivotal to facilitate moving the whole raid group outside Cosmic Ascension.
