Defensive Tips
- Use
 Barkskin when targeted by
 Incendiary Fire.
 -
  On top of
 Barkskin, consider popping
 Ironbark or

 Bear Form when targeted by
 Incendiary Fire and

Exhaust Fumes is about to happen.

Cooldown Usage
- Use first
 Flourish on
 Exhaust Fumes. On Normal
and Heroic you can split
Convoke the Spirits and Flourish, on
Mythic the timings of Phase 2 will be more strict, so you will have to plan. - If you do a late Phase 2 push, you can use 2 sets of cooldowns and
Tranquility. If you do an early push, you will do one set
and then use Tranquility in Phase 2.

Mechanical Tips
- You can use crowd control spells on Pit Mechanics in Phase 2, such as
 Typhoon,
 Ursol's Vortex,
 Entangling Roots,
or even
 Mass Entanglement. - Use
 Ironbark on players targeted by
 Incendiary Fire
when
Exhaust Fumes is about to happen.

Best Talents
There are quite a few flex points for this boss. We recommend using
 Incarnation: Tree of Life
over
Convoke the Spirits on this boss, but Convoke can also work depending on your
cooldown assignments.

Tips for Cauldron of Carnage for Restoration Druid
Defensive Tips
- You will want to save
Barkskin for the end of Phase 1. You will
have the highest stacks of stacking debuffs and
 Colossal Clash
will happen shortly.
Cooldown Usage
- The biggest damage on this fight will happen in a relatively short burst. Your raid will also be split in 2 groups, so your ramp ability will be limited by the number of targets in range.
 - Start ramping in the end of Phase 1. As phase is about to end,
use
 Convoke the Spirits and then
Flourish. - If you start on the fire side, you can ramp for the first bomb,
then use
 Tranquility later to have both
 Convoke the Spirits
and
 Flourish back for the intermission.

Mechanical Tips
- Use crowd control spells on
 Voltaic Image.

Tips for Rik Reverb for Restoration Druid
Defensive Tips
- Use
Barkskin when you are draining an Amplifier.
Cooldown Usage
- Use
 Flourish for
Static Jolt triggers. They will happen
3 times per each Phase 1. - Use
Convoke the Spirits together with Flourish. Since the boss is
on a 2 minute cycle, you will be able to use cooldowns on the first
and the third
Static Jolt, then rolling some healing into Phase 2.
 - Try to use
Tranquility between your Flourishes. The cooldown
reduction part will not be very important.
Mechanical Tips
- Pop
Stampeding Roar for movement in the intermissions. - Both
 Wild Charge and
Tiger Dash are good on this boss.
Pick whichever you prefer.

Defensive Tips
Prototype Powercoil is the most dangerous moment for you personally,
so only use it for when you get it.
Cooldown Usage
- Use
 Convoke the Spirits and
 Flourish on
 Electromagnetic Sorting.
Just keep using them every single time they are up. - Use
 Tranquility right after
 Flourish, when the next
Electromagnetic Sorting is going to be less than a minute away.
Mechanical Tips
- A lot of targeted healing will be needed on players affected
by
Prototype Powercoil. If someone is close to death,
pop
 Ironbark on them.

Tips for Sprocketmonger Lockenstock for Restoration Druid
Defensive Tips
- Use your
 Barkskin when
 Pyro Party Pack and
 Sonic Ba-Boom
overlap. It will happen on second and third casts of
 Pyro Party Pack.
Cooldown Usage
- Use
Flourish on pull for damage (through
 Nature's Vigil),
it will be back up on the second
 Pyro Party Pack and then
in the intermission. - Your cooldowns will naturally align after that.

Mechanical Tips
- You can use
 Convoke the Spirits and
 Flourish
on both sets of bombs in Phase 1, then reset CDs with
 Tranquility
for Phase 2. - After the first rotation, you will have to skip the first set of bombs in Phase 1 and then do the second bombs plus intermission until the end of the fight.
 - It is a good idea to save
 Ironbark for the intermissions
as an extra ramp target.

Tips for One-Armed Bandit for Restoration Druid
Defensive Tips
- Use
 Barkskin on
Flame and Coin. Do not bother using
it on healing absorbs, because Barkskin will not reduce the amount and
the damage itself from it is pretty low.
Cooldown Usage
- Save your cooldowns for the end of the fight. Your planning should go from back to front and will heavily depend on your raid damage.
 - The basic idea is to use
 Flourish as often as possible
without sacrificing usage in Phase 2.
Mechanical Tips
- Use
 Ironbark on targets affected by
Withering Flames. - You may want to spec into
Tiger Dash to quickly reposition with various
debuffs.

Tips for Mug'Zee for Restoration Druid
Defensive Tips
- Use
 Barkskin on Phase transitions.
Renewal is good for healing absorbs after bomb soaks.
Cooldown Usage
- You will sometimes be locked inside cages with a small group of players.
If you decide to use a cooldown there, it can be
 Tranquility, because
it ignores line of sight restrictions.
 - Use
Flourish as often as possible. The ideal ramp target are
mine soaks, because they are the most dangerous. Also, people with
the healing absorb debuff (
 Searing Shrapnel) will continue
taking damage while the debuff is up, so your priority should be to
heal this up as soon as possible. - Mines spawn every 2 minutes, when phase swapping is done right. You can fit one ramp between each mine soak rotation.

Mechanical Tips
- Use
 Ironbark on targets affected by
 Stormfury Finger Gun
or
Spray and Pray. They will take heavy single target damage and will
require a lot of attention.

 Searing Shrapnel - ID 469052

Tips for Chrome King Gallywix for Restoration Druid
Defensive Tips
- Use
Barkskin on any of the soaks. They will not do too much damage, but they will
bring you low enough that further damage might kill you.
Cooldown Usage
- Rotate
 Convoke the Spirits and
 Flourish between soaks. - Use
Tranquility when you have both Convoke and Flourish on CD,
and the soak is not on your group. - Keep using
 Convoke the Spirits and
 Flourish for healing
absorbs.
Mechanical Tips
- Use
 Wild Charge or
 Tiger Dash to quickly reposition.

 Typhoon and
Ursol's Vortex can be very helpful to keep
the adds grouped.

General Cooldown Usage
Restoration Druid has a few cooldowns to think about using optimally on the fights in Liberation of Undermine:
Flourish - Our main, 1-minute cooldown. You will use it
as damage starts and then follow up with a bunch of
 Regrowth
casts (the burst phase).
Incarnation: Tree of Life - Our ~2-minute cooldown. You will
always pair it with Flourish.
Convoke the Spirits - Our 1-minute cooldown. You will
always pair it with Flourish, just like Incarnation.
Tranquility - Our 3-minute cooldown. Mainly used for
cooldown reduction from
 Dreamstate talent.
Make sure to use your cooldowns on cooldown as much as possible. There will
be situations where you need to sit on them for a bit, but you cannot be doing
it for longer than the cooldown itself.
 Flourish in particular is a
major source of Mana management due to its interactions with
 Abundance.
Using Flourish only, for example, every 1:30 will almost guarantee that your
Mana will be expended too fast. In that case you will have to cast way more
Wrath. So not only will you have much less healing due to
not using cooldowns, you will also have less healing spell casts in general,
further reducing your healing. The same goes for
 Incarnation: Tree of Life,
which reduces
 Rejuvenation cost, and
 Convoke the Spirits,
which generates free healing spells and casts Wraths that give you Mana.
The knock-on effects can be pretty massive.
General Defensive Cooldown Usage
If you want to mitigate damage during some of the harder hitting moment of
any given encounter, just
Barkskin before the damage hits. If you get
low from damage, you can always pop
Renewal. In general you should not
be in danger of dying when your healing cooldowns are running due to self-healing
from Leech.
