What to Ramp for
This boss cycles between a main phase and an intermission. In the main phase,
the first dangerous mechanic is a tank targeted mechanic.
Obliteration Arcanocannon deals significant falloff damage to the
raid. While this is just a single burst of damage and not a prolonged damage
event, it is still a valid damage event to ramp for. The other main phase
damage event that you can consider ramping for is
Eradicating Salvo. This mechanic targets a specific player with
an AoE around them that needs to be split. This mechanic happens twice in
a row, both hits dealing fairly significant damage and is therefore another
viable option for ramps.
Moving into the intermission, the boss throws you back across the room,
forcing you to run through the room to get to him. This phase lasts until
his shield is broken, during which the boss channels
Protocol: Purge. This mechanic deals significant ramping damage
throughout the phase. If this phase lasts long enough for you to ramp
during it before the shield breaks, this will be by far your best
Evangelism placement from an incoming damage perspective.
Example Cooldowns
To utilize the above example cooldowns in the game, you will need both the Method Raid Tools and WeakAuras addons. The note above is pasted into a personal note via Method Raid Tools and read out using the Kaze Weakaura. The Kaze Weakaura is set to warn you of a timer 8 seconds in advance by default. It is highly recommended to go into the custom settings of the WA and adjust the "warn duration" to 20 seconds.
If you would rather look at the example cooldown plan directly via the Viserio app, you can take a look at the plan used to generate these notes found here.

Tips for Loom'ithar for Discipline Priest
Damage Pattern
Coming Soon!
What to Ramp for
Loom'ithar is a two-phase encounter with the vast majority of the damage
taken occurring during the second phase. In phase one, the primary mechanics
to focus on healing wise are the Infusion Tether's as well as
Overinfusion Burst. Infusion Tether will attach to a handful of
players and dealing increasing damage over time until those individuals
break the tether. On heroic, these can be broken fairly quickly so the
damage should never ramp up to be super dangerous, but keep an eye on people
anyway in case they are slow breaking it. On Mythic however, you are not
able to break the tether immediately, so significant healing will be
required on the tether targets until the tether is snapped.
Overinfusion Burst is a mechanic that will happen a handful of times during phase 1. All players are forced to run to the edge of the room to avoid being one-shot. This does a significant burst of AoE damage to the whole raid and is a viable ramp target.
In phase 2, the boss alternates between two mechanics. The first being
Writhing Wave, which is a large frontal that needs to be split
by half the raid at a time. The second mechanic,
Arcane Outrage,
is a raid-wide AoE that the boss uses very frequently. Many instances of
these two mechanics will overlap simply because of how frequent the boss
cycles through these during the last phase. As such, simply ramping on
cooldown during this last phase to hit as much as you can with a slight
preference for Arcane Outrage will be your best bet.

Damage Pattern
Coming Soon!
What to Ramp for
This primary damage on this fight is going to come from a few locations.
First, every so often the boss will cast Arcane Expulsion,
which is a knockback with an initial burst of raid damage and a lingering
DoT attached. This will be your primary ramp target when possible. Outside
of the knockback, any time an add is broken out of their binding chamber
Essence Implosion deals a burst of damage to the raid. This is
a solid location for supplementary ramps.

Damage Pattern

What to Ramp for
The damage on this encounter will come from two primary sources. In phase 1,
the boss will occasionally use Arcane Obliteration which will
deal damage to the whole raid based on how many members help soak the
effect. This will be your primary ramp target for this phase.
When the boss enters the second phase, the raid will take ramping damage during the phase until you successfully kill all of the pillars. As a result, ramps towards the end of this phase will be VERY high value. just keep in mind the phase ends based on player-driven actions, so if you wait too long to ramp, the phase may end without you getting your full burst window off. Ramping too early will result in covering the least dangerous point of the phase. Learning how fast in your specific group the phase will end will be important to understand when specifically to ramp in this phase.

Damage Pattern

What to Ramp for
While this fight is fairly hectic mechanics wise, the primray ramp target
throughout the fight will be Spirit Bomb. You can also look to
ramp before pull on this boss as there is fairly significant damage
immediately. Outside of those two ramp targets, keep an eye on players
targeted by
The Hunt as it can do significant single target
damage if not properly soaked.

Tips for Fractillus for Discipline Priest
Damage Pattern
Coming Soon!
What to Ramp for
The primary damage on this fight will come from Shattershell,
which knocks players back into the walls destroying them. Outside of these
windows where walls are being destroyed, the bulk of the rest of the fights
damage will come from the walls spawning, as any player that a wall passes
through will apply a DoT on said player. This DoT can stack if multiple
walls go through a single player, so if the walls are mismanaged and someone
gets hit multiple times, be ready to throw a lot of healing and likely
a
Pain Suppression charge their way.
