Holy Paladin Healing Vault of the Incarnates Raid Guide — Season 4

 In this section, you will find information about each boss individually in  Aberrus. These tips and build recommendations will not  change regardless of whether you have the set bonus. Instead, you will  be primarily deciding if you should run Beacon of Virtue or   Beacon of Faith. While Virtue has the higher potential ceiling,  it can be quite mana-intensive so do not hesitate to swap off of it  when facing fights where mana is a concern.

 In general, boss-specific talent tree strings will follow the   Crusader Strike playstyle and will have minor changes depending on  utility and talent changes.

•    Divine Shield can be used during the intermission to run through the   lines created by Army of Flame.  
 
•   You should help dispel Leaping Flames from your allies whenever   it is cast.

•   Using Divine Shield will cause Infused Fallout to fall   off of you. Given that 20 players will be impacted by the debuff and need to   clear with each other, you will NOT want to clear this debuff with   your immunity unless some players are already dead.  
 
•   Try to go into every Seismic Assault with full holy power, as   this is the hardest healing check of the fight, and you will want to be   prepared.

•   This encounter has many kickable spells. Consider talenting into    Rebuke to help out your raid team.  
 
•    Divine Shield can be used before reaching 10 stacks to prevent being   frozen from Primal Blizzard.  
 
•   You CANNOT use Divine Shield to unfreeze yourself if you   accidentally get entombed. You can only use it in advance of being frozen.

•    Blessing of Freedom can be used to remove the stacks of    Sticky Webbing. This will allow you to help your raid members   and yourself from ever becoming trapped in a web.  
 
•    Blessing of Protection can be used on completely webbed targets to   remove the effect.  
 
•    Divine Shield will not prevent you from being pulled off by the   boss.

•   This encounter has many kickable spells. Consider talenting into    Rebuke to help out your raid team.  
 
•   Paladins do not have great mobility or a way to negate knockbacks.   Positioning for Blowback correctly is extremely important to   avoid being knocked off the platform.

•    Blessing of Protection can be used during the Earth phase to reduce   damage taken. Any squishy class can benefit from this to help them live the   phase.  
 
 
•    Blessing of Freedom can be used during the frost phase to remove slow   effects caused if Frost Binds is not interrupted.  
 
•   This encounter has many kickable spells. Consider talenting into    Rebuke to help out your raid team.  
 
•   Do not be afraid to use Lay on Hands on targets impacted by the   healing absorb caused by Enveloping Earth. You can save a life   with this cooldown in many difficult overlaps.

•   You can use Blessing of Freedom when affected by    Icy Shroud to break the root effect as well as remove the   healing absorb.  
 
•   Splitting up the raid can result in situations where you aren't in range of   both of your Beacon of Faith targets, do not forget to move your   beacon to a different target to ensure you are getting value.  
 
•   This encounter has many kickable spells. Consider talenting into    Rebuke to help out your raid team.

•    Divine Shield should be used to prevent yourself from being knocked back    Hurricane Wing. In most cases, you will want to use this on either   the 4th or 5th wing that occurs in phase 1.  
 
•   During phase 2, you may want to move Beacon of Light to squishy classes   such as mages and boomkins, who may struggle to live with the high damage that comes   from Stormsurge.  
 
•   In the final phase, Blessing of Sacrifice can be used on the tanks   to reduce the damage taken from Thunderous Blast  
 
•   On Mythic Difficulty, Fulminating Charge roots players but Blessing of Freedom   can be used to remove this root, allowing players to safely move away from the raid   and drop the debuff off. You should aim to do this every time the debuffs   come out.
