Devourer Demon Hunter Addons and Macros
Welcome to our Addons and Macros page. Here we will be covering helpful addons you can use to elevate your gameplay through a more informative UI, alongside provide some commonly used Devourer Demon Hunter macros.
Devourer Demon Hunter Macros
Macros are accessible through the /macro command in-game, and allow you to create small scripts that will be executed when you press a keybind. These are very useful for combining multiple actions into one, so a common example is combining off-GCD trinkets with cooldowns within one press.
Disrupt Focus Interrupt Macro
Focus Interrupt
This macro will stop your current cast and cast
Disrupt on your
focus if available; otherwise, it will be cast on your target
(more information about Disrupt on our spells page).
Consume Magic
Focus Dispel
This macro will stop your current cast and cast
Consume Magic on
your focus, if available, otherwise it will be cast on your target (more
information about Consume Magic on our spells page).
Sigil of Misery Targeting Macros
Sigil of Misery can be modified to be cast instantly, without the need
to use the targeting circle and removing one input. This can be done in two
different ways, with the following placing it at your mouse cursor:
At Cursor Sigil
Alternatively, you can cast it at your feet if you are well positioned already:
At Player Sigil
No Channel Macros
Due to the importance of fully channeling
Void Ray for Devourer,
No-channel macros can be useful to prevent you from interrupting it early.
Simply replace Ability_Name below with the ability you would like
to not interrupt
Void Ray. Note that these do not currently work
with
Void-Scarred.

Addons for Devourer Demon Hunter
As Midnight comes with a significant shake-up to what addons are able to do, this section will slowly be populated as more robust addons are developed over the course of the first season.
General Addons for Demon Hunter
Most of your UI needs can be met with some effort using the new Blizzard UI options in Midnight, but if you're looking for some extra customization, below are some popular choices.
Boss Mods: Deadly Boss Mods or Bigwigs
Boss mods are addons that warn you about boss abilities and give you live advice on how to handle some mechanics. We strongly recommend you to get one such addon. At Icy Veins, we mostly use Deadly Boss Mods, the most popular boss mod. A good alternative is Big Wigs.
ElvUI
ElvUI is a complete replacement of the default User Interface. It comes with almost everything you need to perform properly: action bars, unit frames, cooldown timers, proc displays, etc.
