Which Artifact Path to Pick as Enhancement Shaman?
In Legion Remix you will have to pick one of five paths in your Artifact Weapon
to spend your
Infinite Power on. These five trees each have their own unique
active ability as well as multiple passives that increase your damage, healing, or
survivability. Each provide different benefits depending on your playstyle,
but keep in mind that experimentation and playing around with the different themes
and passive is half the fun of this temporary game-mode. Picking your favorite choice
based on theme and visuals is perfectly valid!
We recommend the Fel tree in all
situations. This provides strong cooldown tools in both
Twisted Crusade
and
Felspike, while also providing some strong passive options along
the way.
Below is a quick breakdown on what each tree grants:
- Nature - provides some strong damage
procs and the
Call of the Forest ability, dealing Physical damage to
targets while granting you and your allies a shield and additional attack/casting
speed. This is a good support option, especially for group content. - Fel - purely damage focused, providing
both
Twisted Crusade and
Felspike. Both are potent cooldowns
that add extremely high burst to your arsenal, perfect for racing through content
to collect infinite power. - Arcane - is a mixture of offense and
defense.
Naran's Everdisc deals high damage to targets and can be repeated
if you catch the projectile, providing a shield and bonus Haste whenever you sucessfully
do so. Other benefits such as
Arcane Aegis provides some extra defense,
but can be a little awkward to use as a melee - requiring you to switch between
moving backwards and standing still. - Storm - provides huge AoE damage via
Tempest Wrath, and also contains strong passive traits like
Terror From Below.
Provides a huge amount of Haste and movement speed in large pulls as well via the
Thunderstruck effect. - Holy - much more oriented toward healing, but some of its effects provide massive boosts to survivability. Can be an option if you're struggling, or if you want to hybridize for group play.
Best Legion Remix Leveling Talents for Enhancement Shaman
Below we have provided a recommended leveling build and talent pickup order for your Enhancement Shaman in Legion Remix. The recommended path should serve you well regardless of whether you choose to remain in the open world, or mix in some dungeons and raids along the way.
We've also provided some endgame builds for different content that uses the
entire talent tree, setting you up best to do a variety of different endgame
activities while you gather more
Infinite Power!

Best Legion Remix Leveling Build for Enhancement Shaman
Legion Remix Leveling Build
This build makes sure to pick up a solid core as you progress through the leveling process. It aims to expand both your single-target and AoE toolkit as soon as possible, while mixing in some cooldowns for burst.
Due to how flexible our Class Tree is, it also picks up all of the defensive options available, which means you should be suited to tackling higher world tiers with the same picks if you choose to take on the extra challenge.
Legion Remix Endgame Dungeon and Mythic+ Build
This build assumes you've reached max level. While either Hero Tree works, as
you acquire more gear and speed becomes the name of the game,
Stormbringer
wins by having broader access to ranged tools. While
Totemic has much
more frequent burst, the limitation of carrying
Surging Totem around becomes
more and more frustrating as your pace increases.
Legion Remix Endgame Raid and Bossing Build
This build assumes you've reached max level. While either Hero Tree works, as
as gear increases and bosses die faster,
Stormbringer making better use
of the explosive potential provided by
Ascendance starts to
outpace
Totemic. This also means the edge of higher frequency with
Totemic's burst also shrinks, as encounters end before you even get to
take advantage of it.
