Holy Priest Healing Vault of the Incarnates Raid Guide — Dragonflight 10.1
On this page, you will find tips, tricks, and strategies tailored to your Holy Priest for each boss of the following raid: Vault of the Incarnates. All our content is updated for World of Warcraft — Dragonflight 10.1.
Introduction
For the Holy Priest Boss Advice, we got together with Husky, healer for <Honestly>>.
This page assumes that you already understand most of the mechanics of each encounter. These can be found on the full Vault of the Incarnates raid guide, so what is contained here are details specifically tailored toward Holy Priest and what you can do to deal with each fight as best as possible.
Talents
You can easily import the talent tree below by clicking 'Copy Export String' and then importing it in-game.

The above recommendations do not change regardless of having the
Holy Priest 2pc or
Holy Priest 4pc bonuses. The
recommended build centers around filling between your short-cooldown spells
with
Prayer of Healing for increased AoE healing. You should start with
the above build, then, if needed, change talents for increased utility as
discussed on the talents page.
If your raid needs more spot-healing on any encounter, you can also try out
the Lightweaver build discussed on the Talents page to see if it
covers your needs and helps keep more people alive.
Eranog
Tips
-
Eranog periodically casts
Incinerating Roar dealing raid-wide damage, making it a great time to plan out using
Divine Hymn and
Holy Word: Salvation.
-
Mythic:
Leaping Flames should be dispelled as soon as possible with either
Purify or
Mass Dispel to reduce the damage it deals.

Strong DoT effect that you should dispel as soon as possible |
Tips
-
While soaking the
Rock Blast doesn't deal enough damage to warrant a raid cooldown, it is a great time for a
Holy Word: Sanctify >
Circle of Healing >
Prayer of Healing combo to top the raid back up again. You can begin with the two instant-casts while moving out of the Rock Blast left on the ground.
-
Pillars created by
Awakened Earth pulse damage to the entire raid. The more pillars that are up, the more constant raid damage.
-
Destroying pillars leaves a raid-wide DoT
Seismic Assault and is a good time to use either
Divine Hymn or
Holy Word: Salvation

The Primal Council
Tips
-
Primal Blizzard deals a lot of raid damage, but due to how it applies stacks, you need to be careful when using
Divine Hymn during it, and clear your stacks just before and after casting it, so you do not get frozen.
Holy Word: Salvation doesn't require as much effort to use well, when countering the Primal Blizzard damage.
-
Allies afflicted by
Conductive Mark will take a significant amount of damage. You should keep them alive as they attempt to clear their debuff. Use
Power Word: Life and
Guardian Spirit on players near death to buy them more time to clear their Mark.
-
Be careful not to
Leap of Faith an ally with
Conductive Mark, as it can spread the Mark to other raid members.

Sennarth, the Cold Breath
Tips
-
Try to save an
Angelic Feather charge for when Sennarth casts
Gossamer Burst or
Repelling Burst.
-
You can also use
Leap of Faith to help prevent players from falling off the edge.
-
Each time Sennarth casts
Chilling Blast is the perfect time to use your
Holy Word: Sanctify >
Circle of Healing >
Prayer of Healing healing combination to counter the burst of raid damage.
-
When
Chilling Aura starts to stack up is a great time to use
Divine Hymn and
Holy Word: Salvation to counter the stacking damage.

Dathea, Ascended
Tips
-
Try to save a charge of
Angelic Feather for when an add is about to die to help you get into position faster and prevent being knocked off to your death.
-
Allies afflicted by
Conductive Mark will take a significant amount of damage. You should take care to keep them alive. Use
Power Word: Life and
Guardian Spirit on allies near death.
-
The casts of
Cyclone are a great time for
Divine Hymn and
Holy Word: Salvation. You can also use your strong raid cooldowns to help top everyone up before a cyclone if the raid is low.
